To record or play to the computer, one needs a TV tuner card,or a video
display card with a video-in jack (RCA,or S-Link,)thier may be others
also.90%
of all computers do not come with either, you can purchase a tv tuner card
like
ATI has @ circuit city or best buy type stores for about 50.00 ATI has RCA
jacks,
simply hook up as colored, download the drivers for the card or use the
install-
ation cd thats included...From thier, actually the best software for youre
project
is free from microsoft, the encoder 9 series (record to it),download the
utilities
also, the WMCAP utility lets you view also, its a little confusing to run
them at 1st.
