How do you shut off auto-dialup on RESTART?

Help! Everytime I restart XP, it automatically starts
my dial-up connection. Where do I go to shut this off?

Try going to Tools on you IE page - select Internet
options - Connections and check 'Always dial my default
connection'. Your default connection should be your usual
internet provider.
