You could Download a couple of free ones:

Sygate personal firewall

or

Zonealarm

www.zonealarm.com

Take your pick. (Don't put on both)

(if you use XP):
I recommend after installing one of these to turn off windows firewall.
Windows firewall is good but these are better as they block outgoing
connections also. You can turn off windows firewall by going to the
security centre in the control panel.
