How do you set Outlook XP to send and recieve upon opening ?

I want to get outlook to connect to my email servers and download my email as
soon as i open the program. It says in the help file that it can be done, but
doesn't tell you how! Outlook Express 5 always used to do it, but I can't get
Office XP to. Please help!
 
Set an automatic polling interval for at least one of your mail accounts.
Tools > Send/Receive > Send/Receive Settings > Define Send/Receive groups...
 
Easy Rob: Click on Tools, Options, Mail Setup, Check "Send Immediately When
Connected" under the Send/Receive Option. Click on the Send/ReceiveTab for
further options.
