when i delete email for one of my users...it deletes...then, upon hitting

i've tried resarting outlook/ rebooting the machine...the settings look
correct.

ya. but thanks for the good ol' college try.

one other thing that i noticed about this account...

the email adress under "Tools">>"Email Acounts"...shows one account...but,
if you look at the "all Mail Folders" section on the left pane...it shows the
account w/ the trouble twice.

recently(before this problem) i went into "send and recieve groups" and set
the account to "download all headers including attachments". could this have
caused the issue ...do you think?

it must have been a glitch. i deleted the account and completely re-set it
up and boom...

thanks microsoft. we could work on a little glitchyness with outlook 2003,
