How do you "open all" attachments (rather than one-by-one)?

Ever get an email with more than a couple of photos attached? I use Adobe
Photoshop Elements as my default email photo program. I can "Select All" of
the attachments, but I'm not able to open them all at once. Any advice?

After selecting all the attachments, what happens if you right click and
select open?

Milly,
Thanks for taking the time to reply to my query! Unfortunately, when you
(I) select multiplt items (by left-clicking while holding down the Shift key)
and then right-clicking on one of the items, you are not given the "open"
option...only "cut, copy, paste or select all.
Again, thanks for your idea!
Tim
