how do you keep the soundtrack on a powe

how do you keep the soundtrack on a power point show
 
Your going to have to explain a little more as to what you want to do. Are
you trying to extract a sound from a PowerPoint presentation? If that's the
case, then save the presentation as an html file, and the sound file will
automatically be extracted.
