How do you install Internet Explorer 6

Hi, I am getting a message when I am downloading Internet
Explorer 6 Service pack 1. When it installs the files i
get an error message saying UpdCrl on the box, then in the
box it says, Open CAStore failed => 0x3f1 (1009) after i
click ok, it then says Setup was unable to install all the
components please close all applications and try running
setup again.
 
Makes sure that you have disable your virus software and your firewall.
Clean your temp folder.

If still no luck then download again.
