How do you have Automatic Updates run for restricted users

Is there a policy to set to allow Automatic Updates to run for a restricted
user
(non Administrator) ? Now I have to login as Administrator for the
Automatic Updates to install.
 
Unsure if this is the answer but what happens if you run
the "Automatic Update" service with a service account that
has more permissions. Not sure if this will work or not
but it is worth a try on XP.

This can be done in the services control panel.
