How do you download design templates?

I am using powerpoint 2003 and tried to use the download button to download
on the shown design templates from the msoffice powerpoint templates. I am
in Saudi Arabia but using english show I have United States as source.

After clicking download I on her a noise as if if downloaded (but much too
quick for a download) and I see nothing in my list of templates.

What can I do to download the chosen templates from the msoffice list of
templates on line?

Do you have a popup-blocker enabled? Or perhaps a corporate firewall? Either
of those might be affecting the template downloads.
