Downloading templates for non-2007 Powerpoint in Vista

i have Vista, and 2003 powerpoint. I want to download a few of the older
templates. whenever I try, they download into a 2007 PP, which I do not have
the license for, and the templates won't save in 2007, since I do not own it.

how do I get the templates to download so that I can use them in my Vista
operating system and a 2003 version of Powerpoint?

Have a look here; among other things, there are links to template packs that
include templates from older PPT versions.
