How do you display recipient in send/CC lists

I am running MS Outlook 2000.

What option do I need to select to make it to where when I
type in the "Send" textbox of a mail message, the
recipients name automatically gets typed in?

Unfortunately this feature is not available in Outlook 2000. Here is a link
to an article that states this limitation,
