If your problem is finding the folder, one way is to open any document (or a
new blank one) and select File > Save As. When the Save As dialog appears
select "Word template" under "Save as type" and you will get a folder
listing of your templates folder from which you can delete any templates you
no longer need. When you are done, cancel the Save As so as not to clutter
up the folder again.
Tony & Jezebel have explained how to delete templates you have created. For
those installed with Word, you must uninstall them by re-running Office
setup from Windows > Control Panel > Add or Remove programs. You cannot
simply delete them.
