I created a word document on my pc which I saved as a template on the 'save
as' tab. I now want to delete it as I have no more use for it but don't seem
to be able to find any way of doing so. On my laptop(vista basic) I can
easily delete templates by windows explorer; Users>(name)>App
Data>Roaming>templates. but this doesnt work for my pc(vista premium).( I am
not very computer literate) Does the vista basic/premium make a difference to
how word works? I am pretty sure pc/laptop both have same version of ms works
on though(ms works 9)

A couple of possibilities -

The folder is, I think, hidden by default so if it is the folder, ratherthan
the template, that you are failing to find, go into Tools > Options (you may
have to press Alt first to see the Menu) and change the View option so that
you can see hidden files and folders.

Alternatively, perhaps that's not your default location for Templates. In
Word, go to Tools > Options > File Locations tab (in Word 2007, it's Office
Button > Word Options > Advanced tab > scroll to the bottom for the File
Locations button) and see what you Templates folder is.
