How do you create a user/password file upload form?

Just purchased FP 2K3 and want to allow member clients to
upload files to website. However, I can not seem to find
out how to allow access by user name and password only. I
do not want to allow anonymous access. Any suggestions?
 
1.Create a sub web with unique permissions
2. Create a upload form and upload to a folder inside the sub web
3. Give a link in the main website to the upload form page,
4. Now while browsing the users will be prompted for a username and password
5. You can add users to sub web using FrontPage server extensions
administration page
