How do you bracket entire paragraphs?

I have a paragraph I want to enclose with "{ }", so that the brackets run the
length of the paragraph. Is there a way to do this, without using the
Autoshape? I'm using Word 2002.

Thanks much.

You could use the Equation Editor, and apply the Text style to the stuff you
type within the brackets. Other than that, the AutoShape is it.

usually the two keys to the right of the letter P on your keyboard have these
braces.
