How do we remove previous settings from office 2003?

HI! I have an error in my outlook address book and I tried to uninstall it
from the options menu in the office setup CD but it keeps remembering my old
folder locations and address book. I want to do a fresh install. how do we do
this?

Do I have to remove office 2003 all together? or can I just somehow redo
outlook?

What's the error? Have you tried creating a new mail profile in COntrol
Panel?
