how do inter the server name

when i click on my mail i get an error message tht say's " The host 'pop3'
could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name
correctly.
Account: 'Windows Mail', Server: 'pop3', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D " please help

"POP3" is not a proper mail server name. You have to get the
correct mail server names from your mail provider.

You posted with a Live.com email address. If that is your only
mail provider, be advised that Windows Mail does not work
with most Live.com and Hotmail accounts. The free versions
of those accounts don't get POP access. The newer Windows
Live Mail will accommodate Live.com and Hotmail accounts:
