How do I view billing information

I want to use the billing info fields from the Task/Details tab (Company,
Total Work, Actual Work, Mileage, Billing Information) to record details of
meetings etc. to be able to bill clients at the end of the month.
I have added them to the Completed Tasks view, and want to view it in order
of Categories then Company, so I can see how much to bill each client, but it
doesn't let me sort on either of these fields.
I can Group By Categories, which does work, but I can't find any way of
sorting or grouping by Company.
Is there a way to do this, or should I be using the Billing info in some
competely different way?

You should be using some completely different billing application meant for
this purpose:

James,

It seems that doing multiple grouping with the companies field is not
possible due to the complexity. One work-around may be to utilize the
Billing Information field to enter the company name. This will allow you
then to group by that field with the Company name then Categories.

Hope this helps
