how do i view a large size mail. cant view more that 100 kb mail

how do i view a large size mail. cant view more that 100 kb mail from my
inbox, i get an error message saying time out from the server

kindly help me
 
What version of Outlook do you use? What is your environment; POP3, Outlook,
etc.? Are you leaving your email on the server or downloading it to Outlook?
How often do you have Outlook set to check mail?
