how do i vertify email address in my account properties

just tried to send an email using my iprimus account and it came up with

"please vertify the email address in your account properties"

what does this mean?
how do i do this?
 
Did you set up the account using the server settings from your ISP? Tools,
Accounts, Change, verify the email address, password and server settings. Ask
your ISP for help.
