How do I use Outlook with a 3Gcard

I am having trouble setting up Outlook for use with a 3G mobile card.

The documentation from Orange shows pictures of what I should see in Outlook
200 but my menus are different.

also, I cannot access my e mail from the moblie connection through Orange.net.

Can anyone help? Orange have completely failed.
 
I'd suggest asking in a newsgroup related to Outlook (they start
microsoft.public.outlook)

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
