how do i set up orange broadband in outlook, please?

using orange home broadband i can receive emails but i am unable to send
them. can anyone help me with the settings please? the settings available
from orange and from my email provider tiscali dont work.

You probably need to use the Orange SMTP server. I don't think Tiscali allow
you access to their SMTP server from anything other than a Tiscali
broadband...

thank you for your suggestion but i was with Three mobile broadband before
and their technical department were able to send me a setting that worked.
Also, the emails wont send with orange's own email address either. Any other
thoughts please??

Well, I suspect that you don't have the correct mail server settings for
Orange's servers but a few other ideas...

1. Do Orange's servers require you to authenticate to send? If so, have you
checked that setting and put your username/password in?
2. Does your firewall allow outbound SMTP traffic?
3. Does Orange use an SMTP port other than 25? If so have you made that
change?

How do YOU know that you are unable to send e-mails?
