Outlook will send emails fine at home on my Wi-Fi/LAN - but not reliably
when out and about via my Orange GPRS/3G card, recently at any rate.
I get a lot of "Connection to Server Interrupted" and the emails just sit
there. Sometimes it works, but recently increasingly less so.
Any ideas?

Ask the provider of your Orange GPRS/3G device for assistance with
sending/receiving. Many providers have excellent help/support FAQs on their
sites that detail problems with certain programs, including
sending/receiving with Outlook. It is not usually an Outlook issue.
