A quick Google search on that error message leads me to believe that you're
running XP Media Center Edition and you have a TV Tuner card installed on your
system. Since I don't have any experience with either of those two items, the
best I can offer is a guess.

Try to recall when you first started getting these error messages. What's
changed on your computer since then. Have you updated any hardware on your
system? Were you receiving these error messages before installing Service Pack
3? It's possible that SP3 has a problem with some of your hardware.

The best advice I can give you is to post a new question about this error
message. Maybe someone reading this newsgroup will be familiar with the problem
and provide a solution.

Good luck

Just a passing thought... Turning off Dr. Watson is really just shooting
the messenger. The reason for your problem is highly likely to be buried in
the crash dump.

Try installing and running Spybot to rid pop-ups. This may be silly to ask
but you have IE7 and is the PUB turned on?

Everyone down at the pub is turned on by Janie.

PUB is turned on and i have spybot and have run it....this is an alert and
not a true pop up, it only behaves like a popup powered by a virus...but is
system originated....
