How do I take a PPT file and reformat it into a Word formatted fi.

I created a PPT presentation file with 46 slides.
My professor will not accept this. It has to be put into a Word formatted
ducument and then represented.
How do I take a PPT presentation file and put it inot a Word formatted
document file?

This is neither a Power Point, nor a Word newsgroup. This is an Access
newsgroup. Do you want it formatted as an Acces database? If not, post in
a more appropriate newsgroup. Probably the Power Point would be the most
helpful.
