how do i synchronize outlook folders with another computer?

I can export Outlook folders from my laptop to my desktop and import them to
synchronize. Is there a better way like ACT does it where all you need to do
is set up a synchronize routine and it does the import/export in a time frame
that is set up?

Oh if you use ACT, dont change the way you work, coz its one of the
simpliest way to synchronize!
