I have tried copying the files from 1 computer to the other via memory stick
- but laptop just isn't picking them up - even when i put them in Outlook
folder. Any help please on how to easily synch my main cmputer and laptop?
Thanks

I'm new here but have already seen this question asked in various forms
several times before. Is there a guide anywhere?
I am now achieving this using Outlook Live which, inspite of some serious
weaknesses, I recommend. If it is just mail that you want to sync. Why not
just leave mail on server. and bcc sent mail to a unique account on each pc.
A memory stick should also work.

Are you connecting outlook to it using File, Open, Outlook data file?

http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm will list some ways.

Outlook doesn't pick up PSTs automatically. You have to tell it where to
look. Put your thumb drive in your laptop and start Outlook. Now click
File>Open>Outlook Data File and browse to the drive representing the thumb
drive. Select the PST and click OK. You should now see the contents of
that PST.
