How do I surpress the address list

I get some e-mails that say mailing list surpressed. How do I do that other
than putting the addressees in the bcc section?

That's how it's done...the recipients' addresses are in the BCC field.

Dear Rick,

Thank you for posting here.

Based on my knowledge, different Mail Server has its own feature to hide
mailling list as recipients in mail. Exchange only provides the following
steps to hide Group Membership by Using Active Directory Users and
Computers.

1. Click the group whose membership you want to hide.
2. Right-click the group, and then click Exchange Tasks.
3. Follow the instructions in the Exchange Tasks Wizard, and then click
Hide Membership.

When you perform this procedure, Exchange 2000/2003 immediately adds the
appropriate permissions to the group to prevent users from viewing its
membership.

If this cannot meet your requirement, please capture a screen shot of the
mailing list suppressed, and send to me directly: (e-mail address removed).

Please let me know if you have any other concerns or questions. Thanks!

Thanks & Regards,

Lee Li
