How do I subsribe to Microsoft newsgroups

I cannot find my Newsgroups option in my Outlook menu and
want to subscribe to newsgroups via Outlook. Can you help?
 
Outlook doesn't actually access Newsgroups. It uses Outlook Express for them.
You must add the News command to your Go menu. Look up Newsgroups in Help for
instructions.
 
That's the problem -- there is NO News command in my Go
menu. Could I have accidentally moved it to another
menu. Is there an easy way to find it?
