Subscribing to Newsgroups on Outlook 2000

I'm trying to subscribe to Newsgroups on my Outlook 2000 but there doesn't
appear to be the option to do this (i.e. the user guide for the newsgroups
I'm trying to get access to says there should be a 'News' tab under
Tool/Account where I can 'Add' News but this isn't present.

Is there any way I can solve this or is Newsgroups only available on later
versions of Outlook eg Outlook 6? If so how do I upgrade my Otlook 2000 to
Outlook 6?

Thanks

Outlook does not support newsgroups. It has a Go, News command that loads
Outlook Express in News-only mode.

Outlook and Outlook Express are not the same program, so you can't upgrade
from one to the other. Just open OE and add the newsgroups.
