How do I stop the "Send/Recieve Progress" message appearing?

When closing down Outllo 2003 the Send/Receive Progress Box appears.
Even though it has a box to tick to "Stop Displaying this dialog box..." it
makes no difference - it still appears.

When replying please use email address (e-mail address removed) as I have some
problems with Live Hotmail.

Try disabling the progress dialog before attempting to close outlook. I'd
also disable the option to check mail before closing.
Ctrl+Alt+S for Send/receive options. It's on the main dialog.
