How do I stop outlook from trying to log onto a network?

I recently installed Outlook. I keep getting a message that asks me to log
onto the network. My laptop is not connected to a network. How do I get
this message to stop?
 
Keep getting it where?
Which version of Outlook are you using?
Which password is it requesting?

If you're offline put Outlook in Offline mode via File-> Work Offline
