logging onto outlook

Recently, when I log onto Outlook, I get a box that requests a User ID, and a
Password. Since this is brand new, and is no more than an inconvenience (I
can "X" it out easily), but it is a pain. Any thoughts as to why this is
happening?
 
None what so ever. It is a password box for your email acct? For you pst?
