how do I stop emails going to junk

All my incoming emails go straight to the Junk folder.
I have to click on each one NOT JUNK ( and redo it every day ).
It's really annouing me.
How do I make it so every email comes in to my INBOX again.

Help please !!!
 
You can go to tools>options> click on the junk email tab under preference and
change the settings from there. Sounds like you have it set on high. You
can turn it off altho it may still move some but not all.

Thanks BUT I have done this and to no avail.
Everything goes straight to the jumk folder.
Even after I have listed them as "safe" the next day they go right bavk to
the junk folder.
I am perplexed.
