How do I stop documents from opening as Final Showing Markup in W.

When I open a document in Word 2007 that has been edited, it opens as Final
Showing Markup. This is not what I want. How can I get it to open just as
Final, without all the markup? I have removed the markup on the toolbar, but
it still opens as Final Showing Markup without the markup, but with the extra
wide right margin.
 
You pretty much can't change that. It's so you don't accidentally send
out your document with changes showing that you don't want people to
see.
 
You have to actually remove the markup--accept all the changes and delete
all the comments.
