???? This has nothing to do with Vista. The Print Spooler service should
start automatically. Check the service in services.msc. It should be set
to "Automatic". If it's not set, change it. It if *IS* set then you have
a printer driver problem. Check the event logs for errors indicating the
service was stopped. See if anything happened just before.
