How do I slow down Outlook when scrolling though many folders

When I try to move a mail item form my inbox to a different folder outlook
moves so fast through the folders I can not move the item to the correct
folder. Any suggestions on how to slow down the scrolling process outlook
uses so I can move my mail items to the correct folders.

The speed usually depends on how far to the top or bottom you are dragging
the item.
