In order to change page numbering like this, you'll need to put in a section
break (not just a page break) where you want the numbers to change. After
you've put in section breaks at each chapter, go to the end of the document.
Open the footer (or header -- wherever you have your page numbers) of the
last chapter and make sure it is NOT linked to the previous header. Work your
way back through the document, making sure the headers are all unlinked. Then
set the page numbering to start with the number you wish.
If you aren't used to using section breaks, you'll probably need to play
with them a bit to make the page numbers do what you want.
