How do I shrink ans email to print on A4 paper

I recieve emails in html format from a supplier. When printing them out, the
right hand side is "off the paper" as if the paper is not wide emough.
I can print in Landscape OK, but to do that I have to change the settings to
print these emails and then change back again.
Is ir possible to tell Outlook (in no uncertain terms !!) to shrink the
print are to fit the A4 sheet in portrait orientation.
Seems a logical instruction to me!

only if your printer driver supports shrinking it (some do).
