Print an A5 document twice on A4 paper

I have reduced an A4 document to A5 and want to print it landscape to give me
2 copies on one sheet of paper.

If this is Word 2000 or above, change the paper size to A4 Landscape and use
the "2 pages per sheet" setting in Page Setup (not in the Print dialog). If
the document is a single page, you'll need to either duplicate the one page
in your document or tell the Print dialog to print Pages 1,1.
