How do I show one line of text within a paragraph as inverse text?

I need to show one line of text as a negative image within the rest of its
sentence, i.e., normal text black on white but this needs to be white on
black? Powerpoint in Microsoft office 2003 (SP1)
 
You'll have to fake it by putting an autoshape behind the text and changing
the font color of the text itself.
