how do I share a usb adsl modem over a wireless lan?

I forgot to mention the following
both pc's have onboard nics
both pc's have d-link wireless nics's
both pc's can share network folders through the access point
one pc has a usb adsl modem attached and can surf easily
the other pc cannot access the internet
both pc's run xp home
 
Well, there have been people here that say Internet connection sharing
works, but I have never been able to get it to work or seen it work trying
to share a USB Modem. Try these Internet Sharing Proxy Servers.
