I would like to know how to set-up two different inboxes for my husband and

In addition to what Vanguard has said, it also depends on how your email
accounts are set up.
If your email accounts are ALIASES, ie they are in the format of
(e-mail address removed) then the only thing you can do is to create
another inbox folder within your current Outlook folders and set up a rule
to move receipts from one alias to that folder. If your email addresses
are in the format (e-mail address removed) then you are fine - go with what
Vanguard said.
