How do I set-up Tracker Tab in Sent Messages file?

I have marked a message for a receipt when received and read. Outlook Help
says there should be a Tracker Tab in the Sent Messages file to check status
of each message marked for a receipt. There are no Tabs in the Sent
Messages file: Message Tab or Tracker Tab do not appear. How to you get
these to appear?
I am on Outlook 2003

Until you actually receive a receipt, there will be no tracking information.
