How do I Set up Send/Receive Emails Automatically?

I use Win XP with Outlook 2000 installed on it, i cannot receive the email
automatically instead i have to click on send/receive to download all the
emails from the exchange?
Please advise how can i configure to receive the emails Automatically.
 
Check your Mail Set-up under the Menu Tools / Options ... / Mail Setup tab
....

BTW, you posted in the wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Microsoft
Access, a database application. If you need further help, suggest you post
to one of the relevant newsgroups for Outlook.
