How do I set up outlook?

I have tried all the different settings. I cannot figure it out. Right now i
have it set up to where i can send emails, but i cannot recieve them.
 
You might try visiting your ISP help pages to ensure you have the correct
settings
They are the same as Outlook Express, if thats all they show.
