POPPING UP ASKING ME FOR A DIGITAL ID?? WHY ? CANT I JUST SEND AND RECIEVE
SIMPLE EMAIL? EMAIL SECURITY ? WHAT AM I UP AGAINST NOW?

Do you always scream (all caps) at those from whom you ask help?

So why did you configure Outlook to always digitally sign your e-mail
when you haven't installed an e-mail certificate to use for your digital
signature?

Sounds like you're inadvertently trying to add a digital signature to your
message.

Don't choose the "Encrypt" or "Digitally sign" buttons.

The sigdash line ("-- ") delimits the start of your signature. You put
off-topic fluff there, not the body of your post. In your case because
nothing new or different was added in your signature, there is no point
in including a signature.

Are you selecting options at the time you compose a new e-mail to
digitially sign it or to encrypt it? If not, you have the global option
enabled to always digitally sign your e-mails.

Tools -> Options -> Security tab
Do NOT enable the encrypt and digital signature options.
