how do I set up outlook express on my new pc?

I have a new pc and outlook express is not on it how do i get it. i want to
look up my emails with outlook express

if you have windows vista it is now called windows mail it is exactly the
same and it comes with windows vista

Outlook Express does not install or run on Vista.
Use the Windows Mail program that comes with Vista.
