how do i set up out look express

i canrt set up outlook express it say somthing about pop3 it will not let me

I would suggest that you repost the question in a newsgroup supporting
Outlook Express. This group is for a different program, Microsoft Access.
Scroll down the list of subject areas and find the one for Outlook Express.

The short answer is - your Internet Service Provider should have given you
the information to fill in on the POP3 server line.
